Happier Living, Brentwood

Designing the headquarters for Happier Living in Brent Wood, Los Angeles, a company who’s ethos is to promote a better mental state of living, through seeking psychological help. The design would aim at treating a patient before they had even seen a doctor. That was implemented by establishing a feeling of each space that a patent would feel as they made their way through the space to the individual treatment rooms. Color, texture, orientation to the exterior and the layout are all the ingredients used to begin the treatment simply by the patient interacting in the space. The idea was to break the conventional normal of a doctors office and have a headquarters that’s architecture and interior design was following the ethos of the company.
